Theo is a fictional AI character from Glow Studio. General wellness information, not medical advice. New to exercise, or anything hurts? Ask your clinician first. 18+.
Is this you?
Restart the basics without restarting your whole life.
You started walking in January, again in April, and once more last Tuesday. Tuesday was nice. Your bedtime is whenever the second episode ends. Sometimes the third. It’s a strong show.
You don’t want a program. You want the smallest version that still counts, and a plan for the week that usually ends the whole thing.

How every habit works
Three cards. Written once, on a good day.
They’re a rehearsal tool, not science. You decide the habit on paper while you have energy, so on a tired day there’s nothing left to decide.
- TINY
The smallest version that still counts. Small enough that “I don’t have time” stops being true. If you’d skip it on a bad Tuesday, it isn’t tiny yet.
- TRIGGER
A moment that already happens. Not a time on the clock. A door, a chore, a sound. Written as “After I…” and it’s done.
- BACKUP
The bad-day version. Smaller than TINY. You do the BACKUP instead of nothing, and it earns half a box.
Dana goes first. She’s a fictional composite: insurance claims, two teenagers, a winter where everything lapsed at once. Day 03 is empty. Day 04 is a four-minute backup. Those two rows are the method. She isn’t a client, a success story or a real person. She’s here so you can see a filled page before you start yours.
What’s inside
Three habits. One added each week.
A week on the walk. A week on the bedtime. A third week on lunch, if the first two are holding. If they aren’t, week 3 goes to those two instead. That counts.
- 1
The walk
Days 01–07. Find the moment it can ride on, and prove it can survive one bad day. You won’t get faster. You’ll get a cue that happens anyway.
- 2
The bedtime
Days 08–14. The walk keeps running; don’t improve it. Pick the time backward from the alarm, and give the phone its own bed.
- 3
Lunch, if the first two hold
Days 15–21. One vegetable you already like, next to a lunch you were going to eat anyway. If food feels distressing, skip this week. No explanation needed.

Fit check
Who this is for, and who it isn’t.
It’s for you if
- You’re a tired adult restarting a walk and a bedtime after a lapse, not starting from a couch you can’t leave.
- You want the smallest version that still counts, written down on a good day.
- You’d rather keep three boring things than start eleven impressive ones.
- One bad week usually ends the whole thing, and you’d like that to stop.
It’s not
- Medical advice, a fitness program, a meal plan or a sleep program. Ask your clinician before you change your activity or your sleep.
- A weight, body or food-counting plan. There are no scales, no tape and no before-and-afters.
- Exercise technique, powders, devices, or anything to buy besides this file.
- For anyone under 18.
How buying works
Three steps. Then a pencil.

Checkout opens on Stripe. Stripe, through Stripe Managed Payments, is the merchant of record: it handles payment, tax and your receipt. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Pay $17
One payment. No subscription, no account, nothing that renews when March arrives and the habit is supposed to still be there.
Download
Right after payment you get the link to your download page. Bookmark it; it works again later. Can’t find it? Reply to your Stripe receipt email and we’ll send it.
Before you buy
Fair questions.
“Never miss twice. Once is just Tuesday.”
I’ve quit every habit plan I’ve ever started. Why is this different?
Because it plans for the quitting. Every habit has a backup for the bad days, and the only rule is never miss twice. One missed day is a day. Two in a row is how a habit quietly ends.
Is this medical advice?
No. It’s general wellness information. If you’re new to exercise, have a condition, or anything hurts, ask your clinician before you change your activity. The walk and sleep facts it quotes are public-health guidance from the CDC. They aren’t a plan made for you.
Will I lose weight?
This workbook doesn’t track weight, calories or body measurements, and it doesn’t promise any. It’s about keeping a walk and a bedtime. That’s the whole pitch.
Who is Theo, and who wrote this?
Theo Calder is a fictional character. Glow Studio writes him, and the workbook, with AI, and says so on the cover and on page two. He has no abs to sell you, no credentials and nothing in a bottle. Dana, in the filled example, is a composite. The days are real and ready to use.
Can I print it, or keep it on screen?
Both. Print at 100% (“Actual size”), or keep it open on any screen. The lock-screen reminder is attached inside the PDF: save it to your photos once. The counting happens on paper.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment of $17, once. If it renewed, the habit I’d want you to keep is cancelling it.
What if it isn’t useful?
Reply to your order receipt within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. “Not for me” is plenty. You don’t have to finish the 21 days first.
Tiny, then tiny again. Starting tonight.
Twenty-one pages, three small habits, and a backup for the week that usually ends the whole thing.
